Knowledge about the everyday operations of Slow Food has historically been passed down through hands on or in-person experience. With COVID-19 halting Slow Food kitchen operations for the last year, our organization will need to find new ways to efficiently train new interns and project directors for years to come. To do this, we will be organizing and documenting knowledge and best-practices from past Cafe and Family Dinner Night directors to provide a comprehensive training program for future Slow Food leaders.
