What is FRN?
UW-Madison FRN is a branch of the national Food Recovery Network whose main mission is to fight food insecurity and food waste at the same time by recovering food from university dining halls. The serve food that would have been thrown out to the Madison community for free twice a week meal, including from Café and Family Dinner Night meal services. Everybody is welcome!
All of the meals are hosted at the Crossing (1127 University Avenue) on the 1st floor.
The meal schedule for Fall 2022:
Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Fridays 12:00-1:00 p.m.
